Six Harvard varsity hockey players were named to the All-Ivy and All-Eastern hockey teams this week.

Senior Bobby Carr, who set a new single-season scoring record for Harvard defensemen with 28 points, captured berths on both the All-Ivy and All-Eastern second teams. He also received the John Tudor Memorial Cup as Harvard's most valuable player.

Senior forward Kent Parrot and junior goalie Bill Diercks also made the Ivy second team. Parrot has made the All-Ivy team for three consecutive years. This is Carr's second year and Diercks's first on the squad.

Parrot finished his hockey career as the third highest scorer in Harvard history. This year, he fell one point short of taking his third Harvard season scoring title.

Senior Jack Garrity, sophomore Jack Turco, and next year's captain junior Bobby Bauer received All-Ivy honorable mentions.

Sophomore Ron Mark received Harvard's Donald Angier Trophy as the team's most improved player. He scored 22 points this year, including four goals in the last two games of the season.
