Rolf Kolden, a third year graduate student in government, has gained a delay in draft procedures against him.
Kolden, who was to have been inducted Tuesday, had planned to refuse to enter the army; but action Friday by a Federal District Court Judge in Minnesota has halted procedures pending further court action.
Kolden, who was reclassified 1A after he turned in his draft card October 16, said he may still be forced to refuse induction at a later date.
A demonstration will be held at the army base in support of others still planning to refuse induction Tuesday, Kolden said.
