Columbia and Princeton are moving relentlessly towards their March 2 Ivy League showdown at Princeton. Last weekend the Lions bombed Dartmouth Friday night and as we know beat Harvard Saturday.
Princeton edged Yale at New Haven Saturday after handing Brown its umpteenth straight loss Friday night. Both teams are now tied with only one loss and their upcoming confrontation is already sold out.
In other Ivy games. Penn beat Yale Friday but then suffered a shocking upset Saturday against Brown. Dartmouth recovered from its loss to Columbia to nip Cornell 67-65.
Harvard's swimming team put on a fantastic show last weekend against Princeton. It's a shame that the Crimson couldn't pull out the freestyle relay to win the meet.
