The Freshman Council has completed elections of its officers. L. Edward Roberts '72 of Matthews Hall and Mt. Sterling, Ky., was elected president last week. Richard V. Battle '72 of Matthews Hall and Chicago, vice-president, and Joseph B. Gurman '72 of Weld Hall and Mattapan, secretary-treasurer, were elected last night.
