Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, spokesman for the world's transcendental meditationists, arrives at Harvard today for his local debut at the Law School Forum.

Yogi, known as His Holiness to friends, is completing a brief swing through the United States, including stops in New York and Washington. He will return to New Delhi on Tuesday.

A Law Forum spokesman said yesterday that tickets for the guru's 8:30 p.m. appearance in Sanders Theatre tonight sold out last Friday. But arrangements have been made to pipe in his talk to Burr B and perhaps a second auxiliary hall.

The Maharishi will be introduced by Jerry Jarvis, head of the Spiritual Regeneration Movement of America. After his talk, Yogi will answer questions about transcendental meditation.

Yogi will be seated during his Sanders presentation, surrounded by banked flowers, the Forum spokesman said.
