Dean Watson makes sure that talents and interests are spread out among the Houses. If a freshman receive 1,1 or 1,2 ratings from Dean Monro and Dean Watson (see below), Watson circles his name in red. Then he watches closely so that there are not too many circled freshmen assigned to any one House.
