Roxbury Youths Perform at

A group of Roxbury teenagers will present an original play at the Loeb's Experimental Theatre next weekend.

"Coffee and Sour Cream," a one-hour drama on an inter-racial romance marred by a Negro gang, was written by members of Roxbury's Teenage Action Group. It is the first time a play written entirely by a high-school group will appear at the Loeb.

The play is directed by Joseph N. Ozawa '67, who started the Action Group a year ago in connection with "The Bridge," a social action center in Roxbury.

The integrated cast opended last night at St. Cyrian's Church in Roxbury and will perform there tonight and Sunday. The play comes to the Loeb next weekend under the joint sponsorship of the Harvard Dramatic Club and Loeb Drama Center.

Although the play will be free at the Loeb next weekend, admission charges from the performances at St. Cyprian's Church will pay for an exchange with Harlem Negroes this spring. "The students want to compare problems and discuss ways of solving them," Ozawa said
