SDS's protest yesterday against the Dow Chemical Corp., a napalm manufacturer, was quiet.
While a Dow recruiter interviewed students at the Office of Graduate and Career Plans, 54 Dunster St., two to eight SDS members leafleted outside in shifts from 8:30 to 2 p.m.
Several demonstrators had interviews with the recruiter. Bronson Harris, and told him their views about Dow, napalm, and the war. Harris said he pointed out to them the cancer research and other humanitarian projects in which Dow is involved.
