The R.G.A. sponsored conference on "The Role of the Scholar in Foreign Policy" will begin today at 7:30 p.m. in Lowell Lec. Stanley H. Hoffmann, professor of Government, will speak on 'The Scholar and Policy Making' and Ernest R. May, professor of History, will speak on 'Historical Perspective: the Role of the Scholar in Foreign Policy.'
