Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Peter D. L. Stansky, assistant professor of history and acting Allston Burr Senior Tutor in Kirkland House, will leave Harvard next fall to become an associate professor of history at Stanford University.
Stansky will teach a course in modern History from the 18th to 20th centuries at Stanford. He is replacing Richard Lyman, who will be Stanford's new vice president.
After studying at Yale University and King's College, Cambridge, Stansky received his doctorate from Harvard in 1961. He is now writing a book under a Guggenheim fellowship.
