Because of the pressing business of Congress, Postmaster-General Lawrence O'Brian, an Associate of the Kennedy Institute of Politics, was unable to make his scheduled January visit to the Institute.
A spokesman for the Institute said yesterday that he was "almost certain" that a date for O'Brian's visit would be agreed upon in the near future.
