The injuries that hurt the cross-country team's chances for a victory in its meet with Providence Friday could spell trouble again today when the squad tackles Northeastern at Franklin Park.

The condition of Bill Stempson and Dick Howe is uncertain now, but Jim Baker will not figure in the scoring at all. And against a solid squad like the Huskies, just the loss of Baker could be fatal.

Crimson sophomore Doug Hardin, who won handily and surprisingly Friday will face a tough duel with Northeastern's sophomore flash Bob Bruen. Bruen whipped Hardin as a freshman.
