A Bargain at $28,500

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

If you're in the market for a $28,500 organ, then go no further than Harvard Yard.

The Memorial Church organ, complete with four keyboards, 102 stops, and 7590 pipes, is up for sale.

An advertisement in the February issue of The Diapason, an organ fanciers' monthly, said that the 35-year-old instrument is in good condition, but needs "releathering."

Most of the other joints are badly worn and must be replaced.

The only other catch is that the new owner has to move the organ out of Mememorial Church himself. The instrument is for sale, "as is, where is." Any takers?
