The Harvard-Radcliffe Combined Charities drive ends tonight. Figures for the Sunday and Monday night collections show a receipt of $12,000 -- slightly better than last year, but still far behind expectations. Drive leaders are still hopeful of attaining their $30,000 target by tonight, Average gifts, they say, have been good.
