Radcliffe, participating in its first New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association regatta of the season, October 9, edged Mt. Holyoke, 78-73, for top honors in the two-division event.

Regis placed third with 61 points, followed by Simmons (56), Boston University (53), Boston College (20), and M.I.T. (8).

The regatta was hosted by Boston U. and held in M.I.T. dinghies.

Radcliffe skipper Jane Chalmers '69 and Linda Little '67 swept every race in the second division, while Michele Disario '67 and Irene Laery '67 finished high enough in the first division to defeat the Mt. Holyoke sailors in combined totals.
