Harvard Netmen Host Weak Williams Today

The Harvard varsity tennis team, which has won all its matches by 9-0 scores since the regular season began, will be looking for its seventh straight victory today when if hosts Williams at 2 p.m.

Last year the Crimson bashed William 8-1 dropping only the number six match. Many of the matches were close, however. Chum Steele, who is playing number on for Harvard today, was down two match points before winning: Dave Benjamin (two) was extended to three sets.

Williams does not have much of chance to win but the Ephmen will give Harvard more competition that it has faced thus far in the season.

Clive Klieff and Dean Peckham will be playing in the three and four spots to lay. Both won in straight sets last year.

Richie Friedman, a hot lefty who won both his matches at columbia by 6-0, 6-0 scores, is fifth for Harvard. Another lefty. Terry Robinson, rounds out the Crimson starters at six.
