The Faculty Committee on Athletic Sports voted Monday to reclassify Harvard's major and minor sports.

Accepting a Harvard Undergraduate Ahletic Council report submitted in February, the FCAS classified golf, fencing, , and the 15 former major sports "Varsity Intercollegiate Sports."

Sports such as sailing and rifling will classified as "Intercollegiate Club sports." Others including rugby and will be "Club Sports."
