An administrative error which gave Morton G. White, professor of Philosophy, an extra half-course to teach this term has forced the cancellation of philosophy 3, White said Monday. Faced with a choice between phil 3 and phil 186, White said he decided to postpone the introductory course until the fall of 1965 because he felt that it would be more valuable to entering freshmen than to freshmen in their second term.
