Subway Car Derails Twice in Two Weeks

An MBTA sabway car was deralled last tight at 8:15 p.m. at the Harvard Square station. It was the second such incident in less than two weeks.

The derailment was identical to one which occurred Nov. 20, As the car rolled into the station to pick up passengers, one wheel slipped off the track. The MBTA dispatcher was unable to explain the two accidents.

No passengers were involved.
