A college-wide poll to determine the fate of the Harvard Undergraduate Council and the Harvard Policy Committee will be held on December 8.

All undergraduates will vote that day whether to keep the present form of student government permanently. Voting will take place in House dining halls. The ballot will only offer the choice of accepting or rejecting the HUC-HPC.

Last February when the present system was set up, the constitution stipulated that a referendum was to be held within a year.

Since February, the HUC has obtained midnight parietals on Saturdays of foot ball weekends and permanent free interhouse with the 'Cliff'. It has investigated the, Coop tex book question, studied student testimony before the Administrative Board, and laxued a draft report.
