Javier Illanes, Counsellor and Charge d'Affairs of the Chilean mission to the U.N., will speak on "Latin America: A Need for Revolution in Freedom" tonight at 8 p.m. in the Leverett House Old Library. His talk is sponsored by the H.R International Relations Council.

The Lowell House Indian Forum will present Benjamin Schwarts, Professor of History and Government, speaking on the Chinese-Indian Conflict in the Lowell House Junior Common Room, tonight at 8 p.m.
