Crimson Foils Trinity 17-10; Musliner Stars

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Trinity College was soundly defeated by the Crimson fencing squad, 17-10, on their trip to Hartford yesterday afternoon.

For a change, it was the Crimson which substituted liberally in an attempt to develop depth in the foil and epee. Dave Dooley and Tom Musliner, who turned in top-notch performances against Columbia, repeated with two victories each yesterday in foil. Dan Isaacson also won two in this weapon, as did Jeremy Keller in epee.

Jon Kolb swept three in sabre, and Dave Redmond, who switched to that weapon for the meet, won two of his bouts. Again it was only the epee which looked very weak, and Trinity was not exactly a tough test.
