Marsh McCall staged a dramatic comeback yesterday in winning the men's singles crown in the annual Summer School Tournament. Runner-up Andy Ingersoll had taken the first set, 6-4 and was ahead, 5-4 in the second. McCall was behind, 0-40 in his own serve, and Ingersoll had three chances for the match point.

But McCall won the game, went on to take the set, 9-7, and won the final set, 6-2.

Ingersoll teamed up with Bob Schrader to take the men's doubles, 6-3, 6-0, 6-2, over Jamie Sutton and John Butterfield. Ingersoll and Schrader had defeated McCall and Constantine Trypanos, 6-1, 6-1, in the semi-finals.

Ann Wittington and Jane Rosenberg defeated Deborah West and Jane Rockwell for the women's doubles crown. Ann Jornson will face Millie Dubitzki in the women's singles final tomorrow.

Schrader and Miss Dubitzki will face John Fanham and Miss Wittington in the mixed doubles finals Friday. The former pair downed McCall and his wife, Tita, 6-3, 4-6, 6-0, in the semi-finals.
