The first official panel discussions of Modern France will be held from 4-6 p.m., July 7, in the Visual Arts Center. M. Duser, counselor of the French Embassy, M. Domenach, editor of Eprit, and Michele Fournier of the Bank of Indo-China and a member of the International Seminar, will participate.

H. Stuart Hughes, professor of History, will moderate the discussion of decolonization.
