Harvard's heavyweight crew has been seeded first for the E.A.R.C. sprint championships at Worcester Saturday.
The seeding is an important break for the Crimson oarsmen; it means they don't have to go against Yale or Cornell during the morning's heats. The Elis were seeded second, despite their 5:53 clocking against Cornell Saturday, a second better than Harvard's time against Navy.
In the early heats, Yale will meet fourth-seeded Cornell, while Harvard's chief competition will be third-seeded Wisconsin.
