On the basis of a questionnaire distributed in October, Radcliffe has raised its minimum estimate of the cost of living at the College by fifty dollars, according to Mrs. Betty Marple, director of financial aid.
The study was conducted in order to set the financial budget at a reasonable level. "We want scholarship girls to be able to live like human beings," Mrs. Marple said.
