The Radcliffe Grounds crew will begin Monday to seize all bicycles in the Quad area which are not parked in the racks. Ralph B. Gates, head of Radcliffe Buildings and Grounds, said that bikes left on walks, driveways and in shrubberies obstruct entrance to buildings.

Students will have to pay a dollar to retrieve impounded bikes from Gilman basement, Gates added.
