Absentee ballots should be mailed today if they are to arrive in other states by Monday, the Post Office advised yesterday.

The Cambridge branch station at 125 Mt. Auburn St. is open from 8 a.m. to noon today for those who wish ballots signed by the postmaster or notarized free. Branch officials estimated yesterday they had processed more than 500 ballots this week.
