8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
President Johnson will arrive at Logan Airport at 4:30 p.m. today for a two-hour campaign sweep through Boston.
The President will travel by motorcade to Post Office Square at the corner of Congress St. and Milk St., where he is scheduled to address a rally at 5 p.m. He will depart for Pittsburgh at 6:30 p.m.
Burt Ross '65, president of the Harvard-Radcliffe Young Democrats, said yesterday that his group will charter buses to take students to the rally. The buses will leave at 4 p.m. from Memorial Hall and Comstock Hall. The trip will be free for members, but will cost non-members 50 cents.
Today's Presidential visit to the Hub, the second of the campaign, is reportedly designed to shore up the gubernatorial candidacy of Lt. Governor Francis X. Bellotti.
