Master Shelves Plea For Extra Parietals

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Parietals have not been extended for the Dartmouth weekend, HCUA chairman H. Reed Ellis announced last night.

Ellis's petition to Master Charles L. Taylor of Kirkland House was refused. Master Taylor explained that parietal hours have never been extended for Dartmouth weekend. Any permission of this sort would represent a significant change in the master's policy of master.

The Executive Committee of the Council is presently preparing a comprehensive report on parietals. The committee is attempting to determine exactly what should be required before the report is presented to the Council on November 2.
