JV, Freshman Gridders Play

For those who can't accept the vicissitudes of either politics or baseball, and prefer the predictable vicissitudes of Harvard football, there are two avenues of escape today.

The freshman football team faces Boston College at 2:30 p.m. on B.C.'s field and the junior varsity football team travels to the Newport (that's Rhode Island not Virginia) Naval Station to challenge a team of gobs.

The freshmen won their opener from Tufts last week, 25-0. The junior varsity has a record of one win and one loss.
