Gov. Edmund G. ("Pat") Brown of California will speak on "Problems of " at 4:30 p.m. today in Auditorium. Before his speech, at p.m., Brown will meet with Young, democrats in the Leverett House Old library. The governor, who arrived in Cambridge yesterday, will fly to Washington tonight to confer with President Crimson and other officials.
