DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
No new date has yet been set for a hearing on assault charges stemming from a scuffle outside a Socialist Club meeting two weeks ago.
The charges were brought by Martin Nicolaus, a Brandeis graduate student who traveled to Cuba last summer, against Carlos Alfonso Prado, a Cuban refugee.
The hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday. It was postponed because Nicolaus's lawyer had a conflicting engagement.
