COOLIDGE PRIZE AWARDED TO STEVENSON, CLEMENTS

Six members of the Harvard Debate Council competed against each other last night for the annual Coolidge Award. The prize, which is awarded by the University each year, was given to the two top speakers: Charles A. Stevenson '63, and Eugene J. Clements '63. Each will receive $235.

The winners were selected by members of the faculty after a lively debate, "Resolved: Gambling should be legalized in the United States."

The same topic will be debated tomorrow in the Triangular Debate against Princeton and Yale.
