The Medical School Faculty has prepared its first textbook on general surgery in 32 years. The 900-page tome, entitled Surgery, will be released this week.
The book is edited by Richard Warren, clinical professor of surgery, who is also a surgeon at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and chief of surgery at the West Roxbury Veterans Administration Hospital.
