NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A fire in Adams D-entry early Sunday morning hospitalized visiting fellow Desmond J.B. O'Grady with severe cuts and caused minor damage to the room.

O'Grady started the fire by smoking in bed, but the blaze was extinguished by neighboring students before the fire department arrived.

O'Grady, a Gen Ed A section man, was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital with severe cuts, which he sustained while trying to escape through the window of his room. He is now listed in good condition.
