Andrew Heiskell, chairman of the board of Time and Life magazines, will speak on "The Press in Latin America" at 8:30 p.m. tonight in the Lowell House Junior common room.

Heiskell is a former president of the Latin American Press Association.

Heiskell's speech to the Latin American Seminar will be proceeded at 7:30 p.m. by a discussion with Jose Figueres, former president of Costa Rica and a visiting professor of Government, on "Latin American Revolutions and United States Policy."

Both speeches are open to the public.
