The Harvard University Band learn-yesterday that its activities should remained confined to pre-game and half-time performances.

It ventured forth against a strong CRIMSON touch football team and soon fould itself hopelessly outclassed, succumbing to the mighty newspaper's forces, 23 to 2.

The hand's only score came on a fine 55-yard field goal attempt by George Gagolok. Referee Pete Milium, however, ruled that only two-thirds of the football had passed inside the left upright and awarded the band its only two points of the afternoon.
