RGA Modifies Rules, Debates Dishonesty

Yesterday afternoon the Radcliffe Government Association ruled that "falsification of signing in or out or any other dishonesty relating to RGA rules will be referred to the Board of Hall."

The ruling signified an alteration of policy toward dishonesty within the student body. Said one RGA member, "We are encouraging, but not demanding, people to report the infractions of other people." In the past the RGA has ignored rules touching on an honors system.

Included in the legislation were recommendations, intended to serve as "guide-lines," about how respective dorm committees should deal with infringements of sign-out rules. "If a dorm is functioning smoothly, they need not regard these," added one member.
