Three works ago, varsity baseball each Norm Shapard predicted has team would be fortunate if it won half of its games. Going into weekend games with Brown tomorrow and Columbia Saturday the Crimson has won 10 straight, leads both the Eastern Intercollegiate and Greater Boston Leagues, and shapes up as one of the top teams in Harvard history.

The infield, the lone setid point at the season's start, continues to produce. Third baseman Mike Drummey lands the IEBL in hitting. Shortstop Dave Morse and second baseman Terry Bartole each got four hits against MIT and first such or Phil is the club's leading slugger. Dik Diehl, the catcher, had a home run against Navy that tultiated a 10-3 root.
