Garber Privately Tells Faculty That Harvard Must Rethink Messaging After GOP Victory
Fighting off a mood of depression still left from their loss to Princeton a week ago, the varsity lacrosse team will face a strong Dartmouth squad tomorrow afternoon on the Business School field at 3 p.m.
Although the stickmen did blast Williams 10 to 3 two days age, Coach Bruce Munro said "they'e still a little on edge" from the Princeton defeat.
The varsity has been practicing hard on its extra man plays which have not been scoring as well as they did earlier in the season. But, if the team continues to display the offensive power they showed in the Williams game they should win a close contest.
Dartmouth, despite a rather unimpressive record, has come close to beating a very strong Yale team and has scored nine goals in a losing cause against Cornell--a team that Harvard beat but with a rather manger six goal total.
It should be a good game tomorrow, but if the varsity continues its recent sharp play, it should also be a Crimson victory.
