Golfers to Compete In Heptagonal Meet

The varsity golf team will be competing with 20 teams for the Eastern Intercollegiate Championship on Saturday at Cornell.

After the 36 hole team tournament on Saturday, the 16 low scorers will enter match play to determine the individual champion on Sunday and Monday. Harvard has an outside chance to win. Each of its four losses has been a 3 to 4 defeat at the hands of the four main contenders for the team title: Navy, Princeton, Yale, and Tufts.
