Five Win Fellowships

Fellowships totalling $6,200 have been awarded to five seniors in Massachusetts colleges who will enter the Master of Arts in teaching program at Harvard this fall to prepare for secondary scool teaching posts.

The fellowships, financed by matching grants from the participating colleges and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, went to: Elisabeth Adlum, now at Mount Holyoke College, who will prepare to teach English literature; William K. Kilpatrick, Holy Cross, Social Sciences; Susan J. Ellovich, Brandeis, social sciences; Roberts M. Hirshen, Radcliffe, mathematics; and Edward M. Warren, Williams, social sciences.
