Hutchins, President of the Fund for the Republic and its Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions, will speak at Harvard Thursday, the Student Association of the Graduate School of Education announced yesterday. He will discuss "Education and the National Purpose" at Sanders Theatre at 8 p.m. There will be no admission charge.
