Richards Wins $1000 Prize

Richards, University Professor has been named winner of the Loines Award for Poetry of the Institute and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Given periodically to an American or poet, the award will be presented to Richards on May 24 in honor two volumes of his poetry--Goodbye Earth and Other Poems" . "The Screens and Other Poems."
