Four Harvard Faculty members will participate in an intercollegiate conference on disarmament and arms control at Swarthmore College on Feb. 16-18.

Sohn, Bemis Professor of International Law; Roger D. Fisher, professor of Law; and Morton H. Halperin, instructor in Government.

College students may register for the conference, which will also include a keynote address by Sen. Joseph C. Clark (D-Pa.), by contacting Mrs. Timothy Greene in Holyoke 8.

Students from more than 50 schools are expected to attend.
