Avenging a loss to the Coast Guard Academy earlier this fall, Harvard squeeked by the Academy Saturday to win the Fowle Trophy for dinghy salling.

Salling on the Thames River in New London, Conn., the Crimson crew defeated the Coast Guard by narrow margins in four of the five races to amass a total of 151 points compared to 150 1/4 for the Academy.

The Harvard crew which won the championship for the second consecutive year as made up of Carter Ford, Paul Lehmann, Dave Stookey, and Mike Horn.
