Tour article is the February 7 CRIMSON about the proceeding by the Attorney General against Fanny Hill reports me as having said that the Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts is planning to intervene as the basis of the Tropic of Cancer case.

This is quite inaccurate. I said that the Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts had not yet decided on any action and that our practice generally was to intervene at the appellate level. Reuben Goodman Chairman   Committee on Censorship   Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts
