The Administration Committee to study preparations at the University to withstand a possible nuclear attack is continuing its discussions at regular twice-monthly meetings while individual members pursue special assignments on their own.

According to Harvey Brooks, Dean of Engineering and Applied Physics and chairman of the group, the University is conducting a separate survey of its existing buildings, basement area, and tunnels.

He said also that the committee is investigating the University's present radiation instruments to determine their possible use in an emergency.
