Late Scooter Parking Banned for Next Year

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Dean Watson has announced that restrictions on motor scooter, motor cycle, and motorbike parking will continue next year. Earlier this spring a petition from irate Lowell House students succeeded in temporarily closing the Lowell area parking lot during the late hours.

Next year the Lowell lot will be locked from 11 p.m. to 8 p.m. No scooters, cycles, or bikes will be permitted to enter or leave the area during these hours.

Should the cyclists be locked out of the Lowell lot, they will have to choose either the Business School parking lot or the lot in front of the old Buildings and Grounds offices at 917 Memorial Drive as alternate parking spots.
